Many Hands Make Light Work
Below is a sample of the places where assistance is needed. Please know that there are committee chairs that are responsible. But more hands make for quicker work. Please review and let us know where you can plug in as an active member.
✓ Game-Day Meals: Varsity Pre-Game 3:00-4:00 six or seven helpers needed.
✓ Game-Day Meals/Snacks Pick-up for JV and Freshman.
✓ Concession Stand Prep and Workers Need: 6 parents to pre-wrap hot dogs and hamburgers from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please know we have volunteers who are not football parents during the Varsity games. During freshman and JV games, we would like those parents to watch their children play – so
Varsity parents – please consider working the concession stand during these times.
✓ Grade Level Liaison Need: One volunteer parent for each grade level to help coordinate information to each grade level.
✓ Homecoming Need: Help coordinate homecoming festivities.
✓ Senior Week Need: Donations, assembly and delivery of specialty items for seniors. (October 20 – October 24).
✓ End of Season Banquet Need: 5-6 parents for banquet day set up and cleanup starting about 5 p.m.
✓ Laundry Helpers Need: Many hands make light work…need we say more!? We have high-capacity washers and dryers, and we just need some help getting them done.
✓ Chain Crew Need: For freshmen and JV games, a crew of three is needed to run the chains.
